The two chickens with human heads could be about the futility and powerlessness of man. Here are chickens marching up a plank (walking the plank assembly line ) towards they look as if they know their fate is nothing good, but are unable to take a different path. Naked and armless, they are vulnerable and powerless to change their fate.
