Petunia Pig

Petunia Pig was born 9/08, the love child of Cynthia Crawford and the Color Dictionary of Flowers & Plants for Home and Garden. Text was wadded into a porcine shape and taped with wire for tail and screen for ears. Strips of text were added to create a finished form. Flower pictures appeared as eyes, nose, ear linings and back saddle. Finally, a crumpled pink tissue coat, brown for feet, and a nice coat of varnish. Petunia is rather pleased with herself, but longs for a permanent home with compost to recycle.
