Susan Bonthron is the proprietor of Otter Pond Bindery in Guilford, Vermont. She has studied book arts for the past 11 years with Paulus Berensohn, Claire Van Vliet, Linda Lembke, Daniel Kelm, Hedi Kyle, Julie Chen and at the Center for Book Arts in New York City and the North Bennett Street School in Boston. She conducts book arts residencies at schools throughout New England and abroad as well as in her Vermont studio. She collaborates with artists and photographers to create limited edition works. Her books have appeared in regional galleries and venues, and most recently at the San Diego Book Arts National Juried Exhibition.
