Built in 1938 (dedicated in 1939) on land donated by James Tracy, a Norwich cabinet maker, Tracy Hall serves as the Town’s administration building. The auditorium upstairs has been used for almost 70 years as a social hub, hosting community events throughout the decades ranging from concerts to dances to rummage sales and flower shows.
