Margaret Lazzari is an artist, writer and Professor of Art at the Roski School of Fine Arts of the University of Southern California. She has exhibited her artwork throughout the United States, as well as in Europe. Lazzari is the co-author of Exploring Art: A Global, Thematic Approach, an art appreciation text with equal representation of Western and non-Western art. She is also the author of The Practical Handbook for the Emerging Artist. Both books are published by Cengage. Margaret was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and received her MFA from Washington University in St. Louis.
