Studied at The Art Students League of New York, National Academy of Design and Fine Art, NY, DuCret School of Art, NJ and The Summit Art Center. I have been a Commissioned Portraitist since 1991, never represented officially by a gallery, shown rarely. I enjoy the figure mostly but am not limited to it, anything goes if my intrest is strong. After years of portrait work I am venturing into more figure work…a long awaited desire and for once attempt to approach any subject perhaps more poetically, allowing my subconcious to express itself more freely. I am also interested in working with the figure in the sense of it speaking for itself. This is a new venture.
